ADVANTAGES
Energy efficiency
Nowadays, when the cost of conventional energy sources is increasing and when the cost of regular monthly utilities is becoming a major burden on the budget of the average family, it is important to know that compared to standard brick houses, low-energy houses consume up to 5 times less energy for heating and cooling. This means that our investors spend significantly less on monthly utilities.
Construction speed
One of the main advantages is the speed of construction. According to professional standards, a classic brick house should be built in 8-12 months, while the structure of a low-energy house is assembled in ONE DAY, and the complete work until moving in takes about 2 months.
Environmental awareness
The materials we use in production and construction are healthy, natural and ecological, which, along with a significant reduction in environmental pollution, ensures a healthy, high-quality and comfortable life in our homes. Of course, the entire process, from the selection of materials to their construction, recycling and disposal of the small amounts of construction waste, is strictly controlled and improved daily.
Controlled production conditions
We have devoted great attention to the production of structural elements, which are manufactured under controlled conditions in our production hall. The complete hall is insulated and built according to high standards. The two basic production processes are the production of walls and roof trusses.
Earthquake resistance
Prefabricated, or wooden, houses have a significantly lower surface area than brick houses, and are therefore several times more earthquake-resistant. Wood as a building material is much more elastic than brick and concrete, which is why it behaves “better” during earthquakes, making it a very earthquake-resistant material.
Fire resistance
The materials we use as layers for cladding wooden load-bearing elements are categorized as “non-combustible” or “lowly combustible”. Contrary to popular belief, wood is a very valuable fire-resistant material. Concrete cracks under the influence of high temperatures, steel loses stability due to bending and twisting, while wood creates a protective layer that prevents the supply of oxygen and the burning of wood, so that the wood only smolders, but remains statically stable for a long time.
Individual approach
In order to enable our investors to move into their dream home, designed exactly according to their wishes and adapted to their lifestyle, we approach each project individually. In other words, in addition to typical and standardized projects, we also offer the possibility of creating a unique project adapted to your wishes!
Dry construction
Since we use exclusively “dry” and healthy materials in the construction of low-energy houses, the possibility of moisture, wet and moldy stains is completely eliminated, and long-term living comfort with a regulated microclimate in the space is ensured.
Durability
The durability of a building is determined by quality construction and regular maintenance. The service life of a structure is the period during which the behavior and properties of the building remain preserved at a level consistent with the fulfillment of essential requirements. The durability of prefabricated buildings with regular maintenance can be 150 years or more, and in this respect they are comparable to classic construction.
